Microcapsule technology, which is especially used in the production of smart textile products, is a new sector in many respects in our country. Microencapsulation is used in many areas such as the pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics, agrochemical, and food industries. The use of microencapsulation technique in the wood industry is mostly for the purpose of controlled release for wood protection or energy storage for saving energy.
